Atlas Method · Melbourne + Gold Coast
Where movement, presence and connection meet
Kiarah’s experience of Pilates as a way to feel present and connected inspired Atlas events for groups in Melbourne and on the Gold Coast.
Why Atlas exists
Movement that makes room for connection.
Pilates is the kind of movement that lets Kiarah feel fully present. While training in Bali, the training itself felt like an event: a shared experience that connected her with women who became friends around the world.
That feeling shaped Atlas. Kiarah wanted to create considered Pilates experiences where people could move, be present and connect — with the atmosphere and care of a luxury occasion, brought to the group rather than tied to a studio.
Kiarah leads Atlas as Founder & Instructor. Sam is Co-founder, bringing the business, technology and big-picture thinking that supports its growth.
