Privacy notice

Atlas Method uses your event enquiry details to reply and plan your enquiry. Our enquiry forms save the information you provide, the submitting page, original page in this tab visit, broad referring-site category and valid campaign tags to a private enquiry sheet and email Atlas. The visit context uses tab-session storage, not an advertising cookie.

Optional analytics measurement

With your separate analytics choice, Atlas loads Google Analytics 4 on eligible public marketing pages. It measures page visits and, on the Hens page, package views, enquiry-button clicks, form starts, categorical errors and accepted non-duplicate enquiries. Google may receive browser and device information and set analytics cookies. Atlas sends a page location containing only validated campaign tags (when present), without other query parameters or fragments, an empty referrer, and no form values, names, email addresses, phone numbers or venue details as analytics event parameters. Unsafe URLs and private or member pages are excluded. Google processes information under its own privacy terms.

The same analytics choice also enables Microsoft Clarity session recordings and heatmaps on the public Hens and Hens Guide pages, on eligible URLs with only validated campaign tags (or no query). Clarity may receive browser/device and interaction information and set analytics cookies; its advertising storage is denied. Page content, form choices and interactions may be recorded; Microsoft masks input boxes and dropdowns by default. Clarity is not loaded on other pages or before analytics consent. Masking does not prevent collection of interactions or browser metadata. Microsoft processes information under its own privacy terms.

Optional Meta advertising measurement

If you accept advertising cookies, Atlas loads the Meta Pixel on eligible public marketing pages at atlasmethod.fit. It may send a page visit and, after the server accepts an eligible event enquiry, a Lead event to Meta. The Pixel can set first-party cookies such as _fbp and _fbc and Meta may receive browser/device information and use it for advertising measurement. Atlas does not intentionally send enquiry form contents, email, phone or health information as event parameters. Unsafe URLs are excluded. Meta may process information under its own privacy terms.

Both choices are off unless you opt in to each one separately. You can reject or change either choice using Cookie settings at the bottom of this page. Withdrawing consent stops future measurement events and reloads the page to tear down loaded tags; it cannot retract information already sent. Necessary enquiry processing does not depend on either choice.
