Atlas brings an instructor and mats to a suitable space hosted by your organisation for 12 monthly 45-minute sessions. Choose the annual programme for up to 20 or up to 40 attendees per session.

Each annual programme includes 12 monthly 45-minute workplace mat Pilates sessions, with an Atlas instructor and mats supplied. Choose capacity for up to 20 or up to 40 attendees per session.
What does the annual programme cost?
The up-to-20 programme is $7,200 per year incl GST. The up-to-40 programme is $9,200 per year incl GST. Both are paid monthly.
Where is the programme available?
Programme and 1-month trial enquiries are available in Melbourne and on the Gold Coast, subject to confirmation.
Who can enquire about a 1-month trial?
Prospective annual clients with more than 200 employees at the relevant office can ask to be screened. Trial eligibility and terms are confirmed by Atlas after enquiry; the trial is additional to the 12-session annual programme and is not guaranteed.
What happens for offices or sessions outside the standard options?
Atlas reviews the office headcount, expected attendance and delivery requirements before preparing a tailored scope.
